Adjustment of the Shaanxi Heavy Truck F3000 Height Control Valve

The Shaanxi Heavy Truck F3000 height control valve is adjusted at the factory. Unless the height control valve linkage mechanism is accidentally damaged during vehicle use,

users should not adjust the height control valve linkage mechanism themselves.

If necessary, the adjustment of the height control valve should follow the following principles:

Diagram legend: Part 1: Rotating shaft, Part 2: Horizontal swing arm, Part 3: Vertical swing arm;

(1) The distance from the lower surface of the frame to the center plane of the axle is 200mm, and at this time, Part 1 should be horizontal;

(2) There is an arrow icon on the swing shaft (Part 1) of the height control valve; Part 2 should be inserted from the arrow end;

(3) The pins between the connecting rods should be parallel to each other and rotate smoothly without jamming;

(4) During axle movement, the larger the swing angle range of Part 2, the better (the limit swing angle is ±45°);

(5) The recommended effective length of Part 1 is 190~200mm;

(6) When the height is adjusted to the appropriate level, the recommended angle between Part 2 and Part 4 is 70°;

(7) The height control valves on the left and right sides of the axle are installed symmetrically, and the adjustment lengths of the corresponding rods are the same.
